Lohri is a festival celebrated in India with full zeal and enthusiasm and so is the celebration takes place in the premises of IBI. I Business Institute is known for amazing diversity. And Lohri is the celebration of harvesting crops. The festival is more prominently celebrated in Punjab, which is popularly known as the breadbasket state of India. On this joyful occasion, All students, faculty members and staff members gather and dress up in festive attire. A key symbol of Lohri is the bonfire.

The celebration begins with lighting a bonfire and ‘Lohri Puja. Every year, Lohri is celebrated uniquely, the previous year The Director of the institute greeted the students and faculty present on the eve of the festival and shared the value of the culture. After Pujan, everyone danced on the beats of Dhol, and also sang traditional songs around the bonfire. Everyone enjoys this festival to the core. Happy Lohri!
