The following Placement process steps will be followed:

• I Business Institute follows an industry-centric approach, wherein the placement cell strives to ensure relevant profiles that align with the curriculum and students' areas of interest. The ultimate purpose is to provide the right opportunities to the students.
• The Placement Cell prepares students for interviews, placing a high focus on skill development, resume building and design, and conducting mock interviews and group discussions. The aim is to create valuable utility for students.
• Relevant opportunities are shared with students to seek nominations, providing wisdom for them to choose profiles and companies that align with student’s interests.
• The Placement Cell conducts pre-placement sessions with company representatives for students, followed by Q&A sessions to ensure a proper understanding of the job role.
• The interview process is facilitated by the institute, which may include technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
• Students are shortlisted based on their performance in the interviews, and feedback is shared with them for incorporation.
• Placement offers are extended to students upon their selection, and pre-placement offers are given to students for outstanding performance during internships.
• The institute also assists students in transitioning from campus to the workplace after their placement.
• Interested students can convey their choice either through mail or by signing in the application within the specified time limit.
• The placement cell intimates the date of the selection process once the recruiter confirms the date.
• The company conducts pre-placement talk to give in-depth information about the working of the company including the job description, roles and profiles being offered and the process followed.
• Companies conduct selection processes (Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview)
• The interview process is mostly conducted in the campus but in some cases, students visit the recruiter's premises for the process.
• Selected students are given the offer letters once the final results are announced by the companies.
